REBOOT NEEDED - PLEASE PATCH!

After a hard reboot to fix another game, this one now works too.
I have paid $4.99 for the full version - which freezes after level three.
Level three is what I completed when I finished the free version.
So, I paid for the free version (without advertisements).
This game has so many reviews that all say it freezes - I would have thought that an update would have come by now.
But, I guess BigFish doesnt read their customers reviews. :-(
